Honestly, I was very disappointed on the way the company is headed. I realize the local Toyota store has to do what they are told, but I think it is very impersonal and cold! I felt like a machine. I did not like being sent text when I was 5 feet from the desk.
I do not feel like you care if I’m there or not.
I want customer service.
