Josh has excellent communication and customer service skills. It’s always a pleasure to work with him.
Another reason I was completely satisfied is because I got a video on my service from the Technician who did the oil change.
Also, Josh brought to my attention the cost of a repair so I know what it costs and can fit it into my budget.
I had a very pleasant experience all around.

I got you my dealer as soon as I could after a warning message came on for maintenance. It was early in the morning as I had some errands to run pulled into Toyota and the young man said well I can take care of that right now. It was done in a few minutes I had the opportunity to look at another vehicle as a family member was considering trading. I was able to leave then with my fully service car which had been given a nice wash with info on another vehicle and was able to finish my errands and head home. Thank you.
