Satisfied with today's service. I am waiting to see if Northcutt Toyota will honor the extended warranty I bought, same day as my Toyota Sienna purchase. I was informed after my basic service I need to replace front shock absorber. This hopefully will be covered. I will feel mislead and foolish if it isn't covered.
