Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Making an appointment went smoothly and I was informed as to approximately how long the job would take and what would be charged. The appointment was completed within the timeframe allotted and the charges were as stated. A discount coupon which was received from the dealership was presented and credited to the final bill. Upon notice the job was completed I was advised they were in the process of washing the vehicle as well. My experience was very positive and I would recommend your service center to anyone.

Your team fixed all the issues with my truck. I appreciate it. I just feel like I was over charged. Not as in they made a mistake but as in you guys charge way to much for labor. And I don't believe you have to choose the most expensive part for every replacement. And im sure it's just policy, I would have saved myself 700 dollars had I gone to someone else. The price quoted on the app and what was listed in the text received at the dealership compared to actual was almost double. There is no way an oil change and tire rotation on a Toyota Corolla should cost $205 with parts, labor, tax. That issue needs to be looked at on the website and mobile app. “Prices vary based on model” is all very deceiving. Double? I won’t be back.
