Satisfied with today's service. I am waiting to see if Northcutt Toyota will honor the extended warranty I bought, same day as my Toyota Sienna purchase. I was informed after my basic service I need to replace front shock absorber. This hopefully will be covered. I will feel mislead and foolish if it isn't covered. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Making an appointment went smoothly and I was informed as to approximately how long the job would take and what would be charged. The appointment was completed within the timeframe allotted and the charges were as stated. A discount coupon which was received from the dealership was presented and credited to the final bill. Upon notice the job was completed I was advised they were in the process of washing the vehicle as well. My experience was very positive and I would recommend your service center to anyone.
