They replaced my factory 770 cca with one of 603 cca and is physically much smaller with no reserve capacity listed on the new battery. That's not good service. He should've at least told me the facts that I was paying $291 for a lesser battery. This is why people do not trust this dealership. Also they claim the original larger battery had no 84 month warranty only the 36 month factorty warranty that comes with the car. Paid full price in trust and now feel totally muslead and and taken advantage of.

I usually have no problems and only trust my vehicles with Northcutt Toyota. However, I have strong suspicions that my Multi-point inspection was not performed in the manner in which it is intended. I know this because I know my brakes are in desperate need of replacement but they were marked good on the inspection report. Make me wonder what else might be wrong that was overlooked. Very disappointing.

Dyln is extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and works well with me toward achieving the goal of driving my Prius to 400,000 miles. He has excellent communication skills. Besides being knowledgeable he is invested in efficient care of my vehicle. For example, another tech thought I could use coolant service but Dyln knew it was not needed because I had recently replaced my water pump and because of that had had the coolant replaced. Knowing this, Dyln saved me $200. This kind of integrity is why I’m a loyal service customer of Northcutt Toyota and why when it’s time to buy I will check with your dealership first. Thank you.
