Just so you know , I’ve been using your Toyota service department for close to 18 years
I’ve seen service writers and mechanics come and go
Some good , some not so good
Been happy most of the time but frustrated with lack of communication at times
The one thing that has remained constant and apparent for many years is that Ty Atkinson is a rock solid individual that I can count on for service advising and opinions on troubleshooting
I know he’s been behind the desk as well as turning wrenches in the service department for awhile now

I wanted to know if my alignment was off or not. I was told the paper was in my vehicle. It showed the after setting but nothing for the before setting. Their was nothing for me to do a comparison I assume it’s aligned, but I would have liked for someone to let me know if any of the wheels were off.
