It took 2 hours for a simple service checkup. It was absolutely thoughtless by the service technicians to have such disregard for customer service. I was told that an appointment at 11:30 was available and that lunch hours were fluid depending on what was needed. Instead the whole group of mechanics shutdown for more than an hour.
