I arrived at 7:07AM. The service writer came out quickly. I was there for the 10k service interval. He told me he could take care of a recall as well. At 8:55 AM he told me nothing had been done as they were waiting to do the recall. He said he could send it to Express Oil to get the oil changed. I told him I wanted it done by Toyota which is why I bring it there. Just do the oil and rotation. Jeff James (my salesman) came by and asked if all was okay. I explained. Normally an oil and rotation takes too long at over an hour. After talking to Jeff I had my Highlander back done in 30 minutes. I have not had but one service writer who really knows their job. It is sad that service has come to that. But it is not just Toyota. Paul, your service manager is knowledgeable, personable and a great person. I’m sure the next visit will be better. I am learning what not to do.
