Service Technician did not inform me that my vehicle was ready.
I had to discover that on my own. When the cashier walked with me to my vehicle we stopped by the technician’s desk to be sure the multi point inspection report was emailed to me.At no point did the technician acknowledge any inconvenience on my part nor apologize to me.

It took 3.5 hrs to do a 45,000 tire rotation and inspection after I had specifically made an appointment for that morning. Then they said the truck needed 9 lug nuts replaced when y’all are the only ones who have ever touched the tires. Not TJ, but another guy that sits beside him told me over the phone that the lugnuts are now made with a softer composite and that’s why they get “worn out”, I inspected one of them and it looked to me like the impact drill wasn’t fully pressed onto the nut when taking them off. Do better.

We had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. My husband arrived early and vehicle checked in at 8:45. He finally left at 2:03. Over 5 hours!!! He kept asking what was taking so long Said they lost the paperwork. Very disappointed with this time frame to change oil. My husband was not happy at all.
