I had an 8:00 appointment for only an oil change. I pulled out of the parking lot at 11:00. This was the 3rd time in a row that I was “forgotten” or “my slip didn’t make it to the back”… I will go to the express oil change from now on. Brandon Watkins was very kind and understanding. I’m not sure how to fix the huge disconnect between the service people and the tickets…
When I got back in my car to leave there were lights on my dash that were not there previously. Brandon Watkins fixed that part when it wasn’t his job. Highly dissatisfied. Won’t be back.
