I have taken my 4Runner in for its five thousand miles checkup since o bought it new from Tuscaloosa Toyota . Chuck has taken care of me most of the time and I trust him completely. I would not trust another place with my car.

Today's experience was very different from any experience I've had at Tuscaloosa Toyota. I've never waited more than an hour to have my car serviced. My appointment today was at 1 p.m. and I didn't leave until 4 p.m. a new system was mention to me but I was not told that I would be receiving messages and that these messages would be used to complete the service on my car. When I got in my car, papers that were in my glove box were on my dash board. Yes, I had a cabin filter replaced but my information should have been placed back in the glove box.

Chad was the man! Perfect service from start to finish. In the past i’ve gone to other local dealerships to service other vehicles and have never experienced such great customer service. I think it is just another reason why i’ll only own a toyota from now on. I really appreciated the new videos implemented during service. Being able to see and have someone explain all the things they are inspecting helps to understand what is good with the car and what I as an owner need to keep an eye on in the future. It also helps the customer know that the service is being done properly and professionally. There are many scammy dealers around and it only further proves the professionalism and quality of work that Tuscaloosa Toyota provides. Can’t say enough great things about Tuscaloosa Toyota and my service advisor Chad. Great guy with a fantastic attitude from start to finish! You can tell he is dedicated to the guest experience.
