Ryan was great. What I am writing has nothing to do with him.
The right rear fender "blew off" as J was driving. Yes, it just blew off. So, my 4-RUNNER has just 55 thousand miles. That has nothing to do with a fenderjust blowing off.
Toyota should have owned that and repaired it.
The amount of miles on the truck has nothing to do with it. It simply blew off while I was driving. The cost to have it replaced is close to $300.00
That was NOT what I expected from TOYOTA.
I was confident TOYOTA was going to tale care of it. It blew off as I was driving.
Again, Ryan was great.
This comment is about TOYOTA. Not Ryam.

It was absolutely ridiculous. We had an appointment at 9:30 and at 12 I finally told them to get my car we were leaving and nothing was done to our vehicle at all !! And we were there for a simple tire rotation!! Do better

Dustin did not call me back to discuss my issue with the A/C. They did not verify with Toyota whether or not there is a recall on this vehicle. The service was awful. I was lied to about the issue and there was not solution offered.
