I come to this location because of the great customer service I receive from Chad Watson. I could go to the Toyota closer to where I live, but I choose Tuscaloosa Toyota over convenience any day.

The reason for my unsatisfactory decision is due to when I arrived it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. I sat and watched others that arrived after me get checked in and no one still came to me. I expressed this concern to Chad and while his apology was appreciated it is still a concern for me in which I wanted to address. Also, after sitting to get my car completed I noticed how fast others who arrived were checked in with urgency. My other concern is I had an issue with a tire where it looks as if I could’ve ran over something but the way it left the tire I’m not sure but I addressed this concern to Chad in regards to getting a new tire being that my car is under warranty and has tire warranty as well. His response was that being that it looks that I may have ran over something that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I had a previous experience with this and my tire was repaired with no cost to me at the station so I’m not sure what happened this time.

Whoever serviced my car broke the plastic piece that is on the side of the seat. They put it back on like they hadn’t torn it up. I should’ve known something was messed up when I got in and my seat had been adjusted all kinds of ways.
