Chuck is rude. I've been a customer for 20+ years and this has never changed. He truly appears to hate his job. When I called to make an appointment I told them the issues I have with my car, and showed up at the appointment time they gave me. Then Chuck told me that they wouldn't have time to do the repairs because the guys get off at 5:00. So they could do my service but nothing else. Pleased with my service but the issue I've been having for months now, is still there.

It's a new battery. Less then 3 weeks old and, of course, I have had zero problems with it.
