Service department completed update on Bluetooth. Afterwards after checking I was still having an issue. Multiple agents were helping me determine what the issue actually was, my phone. They were all professional and polite and ensured We found out what issue was. I also spoke to salesman, Marlin Hall. I was asking about a vehicle I saw on website. I am still going to work with him to find vehicle that will fit my need as I am retired and always cautious, but Marlin has been ver helpful and providing me with information I need to move forward. Tuscaloosa Toyota is a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.
