I had a1:15 appointment and waited at the dealership ship. At around 4 Mr Jackson asked me if I wanted some other items done, I declined. I asked him why it was taking so long, he informed me that he texted me earlier and asked about the additional work requested. I didn’t get the text and besides I am sitting 50 ft from him. A lot of people came after me and were finished before. I told them when I arrived I only wanted an oil change and tires rotated. Mr Jackson was not very courteous, made it appear it was my fault it took till 4:30
