I met Will when he was new with Tuscaloosa Toyota. I was impressed with his professionalism and sincere desire to satisfy his customers. He didn’t even have a business card with his name on it so I asked if he would write it on the back of another card. When I was ready to bring my car in again to be serviced I asked for him again because I felt he would be attentive to my needs and he did not fail me. I am so happy you were able to keep him on your team. It’s rare to find individuals like Will that perform at this level in a customer facing job. He’s a keeper and in my opinion he deserves a bonus.
