Took my car in for 5k miles maintenance and my back window being off track. Had to call to find out my vehicle was ready, when I got there my window wasn’t fixed. Was told they couldn’t replicate the problem but as soon as it was let down it produced the same problem which my service advisor saw and heard. At least pretend to care that the issue wasn’t even looked at. I’m doubting whether the inspection was even completed correctly atp. I will definitely be taking my car to Hoover from now on.
