Scheduled for 8:00 appt and service advisor reminded me to keep phone nearby because i would get updates and rerecommendations of service that maybe be needed. At approximately 10:15 i questioned service advisor if there was a problem since the only interaction I had was "check in complete" few minutes after 8. He maded a phone call and advised me everything was fine and he was going to shop to verify status. I questioned if there were any recommendations and he said no...everything looked good. After he returned from shop he explained there was a problem with a printer and it caused everything to back up. And the only recommendation they had was cabin filter to be replaced...which he said would take 5 min. Recommendation approved. At approximately 11:00 (3 hrs appt) I was paying bill. Three hours to rotate tires, do multiple point inspection and insert new cabin filter seems a might bit of time for a scheduled appointment.
