I brought my vehicle in for it's 40,000 mile service...Jeremy Beck has awesome customer service skills..He was very detailed on informing me of everything that was being done to my vehicle, he informed me of future services including pricing, I didn't feel forced to purchase any of the services when he was explaining them..There was a mistake with my mileage he didn't hesitate to correct the issue..I was checked in around 7 and my vehicle was ready a few minutes after 8..Happy loyal customer here.
