I brought my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 in bc of a battery recall. It was taken back to be serviced. When it was done I got my keys and asked if they replaced the battery and I was told yes. When I got home I looked under the hood and realized it was the same old battery. It had probably been changed when I bought it used in 2022. I would have appreciated them telling me that it was not the original battery and did not need to be changed as the recall required. I don’t like doing business with people that can’t be straight forward.
