1. Added air to tires that were at a normal psi and set by me to my desired psi. They have nitrogen in them. Now they have air, too and way too much was added. On highway they would have hit 40psi. Way too much.
2. I asked Wes to not put a window sticker on my car. They put a window sticker.
3. I just looked at my receipt and see you charged me $6.95 for topping off my windshield wiper fluid. I’ve never been charged for this before and I should have been consulted as this is an “add on”. Probably added like 16 oz. since I filled it up 2 weeks ago before a trip.
4. This was a total disaster.
