I had just filled my washer fluid to the top before bringing it in. I never asked for washer fluid. The bill included a charge for a gallon of washer fluid I know for a fact was not put in the car. Honestly it makes me distrust Toyota. I doubt I'll be bringing it back. Not to mention the charge for the tpms check just to tell me they are bad. I already knew that. I'm not happy with the experience.

! The only thing that I had an issues with was one of the other people that was checking people in skipped me for the person behind me. I think it was because it was maybe an attractive younger lady .
