I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Today I waited for over 3 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, (which should be noted in my file because this is something i request every time I bring my sequoia in for service.) also I asked my rotors and breaks be checked because my car was doing the exact same thing it did after I had recently had my breaks and rotors replaced one of the previous services. I’ve always worked with Steve and after over 3 hrs of sitting in the waiting area I was checking out going over my service to be told my tires were not balanced and if I left the shop and my car ended up being out of balance I would have to come back for just as long of an appointment as today. So I told Steve I would just stay because I have to travel for work and me leaving on a possibility that my car be out of line once I leave was not an option. Because I’m going out of town for work in a few days to travel Arizona, GA and driving to Missouri I need my car to be serviced properly. I was told it would be couple more hours but they would take my car back again and balance the tires. after 45 minutes one of the service guys noticed my car was sitting out in the bay and asked did I still need assistance. Needless to say Steve left and went to lunch before having my car service completed. So he got my car sent back to get tires balanced so I didn’t have to continue to wait hours. I’m thankful for that. Kudos to that young man for his customer service that I’ve expected from tuscaloosa toyota. That being said. Almost $200 later, 4-5 hrs sitting in The dealership my car is still driving and squeaking like something is wrong with the rotators I had recently had replaced. So no I’m not. Satisfied customer I will save money and my valuable time by going to another service center because obviously loyalty and service is not something Tuscaloosa Toyota prides themselves in anymore. You’re too busy pushing cars in and out to make sure my issues were addressed. I left with my breaks still sqeaking when I apply them And shaking when I apply breaks to slow down. It’s probably the rotors because they are not factory rotors that go on sequoia they are aftermarket and by the time I get back out of town I predict they will be worn out along with the breaks and it will be another $2,000 because it wasn’t fixed today!! Look up my account we have purchased 5/6 vehicles from your dealership was about to order my daughter a 4 runner so yes, I expect good customer service and care. I’m very very disappointed and not happy with my experience.
