Our total service took 3.5 hours which we understand and know that it can take a while; however, we received our maintenance report 1.5 hours before we picked it up and had to ask twice on an update after seeing our vehicle in the pickup area and hearing another customer complain who also had the same service advisor. We talked to the front desk girl about getting an update and she called TJ and he did not pick up so she told us that he would reach out well an hour later and seeing it in the same spot, I asked again along with another customer and we were told that they didn’t know where he was at and they were able to help us close down the job as it was not completed by him to get notified that it was ready. Definitely was time we could have saved as our car was ready hours before we had to ask a second time about it.

My appointment was at 9:30a for an oil change. It took Toyotata service department 2 hours 45 minutes. MARQUEZ did not have good customer service skills. Our original contact via text was good. However after sitting and seeing people come and go after two hours I decided to go to his station. I said I hate to be a pest but can you please check on how much longer and where they are with my vehicle. He looked me in my eyes and said it would be a waste of his time because he will come back and give me the same answer as before and so he had to wait until they tell him they were finished. He continued to look at me with intimidating eyes and then turned away.He did say they were very busy. He could of said I am sorry that you been here this long. But no, he made me feel like I did something wrong by asking him for another status. This was poor customer service and he needs additional training on how to treat a customer. I was so disappointed.

The inspection was thorough, but the service for a simple oil change was nearly 2 hours. Our vehicle was stationary for nearly half an hour in the bay after completion. Good service just took entirely too long.
