They never meet you when you pull in for service you sit and wait then today all I had was an oil change and no 7 point inspection which is unusual

I asked if my fuses could be checked because one thing was not working. I was told it would be a $155 diagnostic fee. That seems outrageous to me. It seems like they could've opened the fuse box and check to see if one of them was bad and replaced it for much less than that. Now if it wasn't a fuse and they had to dig deeper, I could see the diagnostic fee, but this was too much.

I never got to see my service advisor. I asked to have a plastic piece under the car to be secured. The request was documented on the work order, however, I still can see the screw holes from the side of my car. The technician stated some were missing but the rest are secure.
