I was given an appt for the same day which was important to me because I am going out of town and needed the windshield wipers working properly. All of the service personnel were friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly and no charges due, as there was just a bolt loose. They really didn’t know how low funds I had, and could have taken advantage of the costs of repairs but didn’t. I was so happy and will be grateful forever.

Had to return bc they didn't reset the "maintenance warning". They didn't put the reminder sticker for when my next service is due. They are being helpful by ordering a different wiper that is like the original ones. They put replacement ones and they don't have the "cover" like the original ones. I do have to return for that. They did let me know potential issues that need to be dealt with and were very friendly.
