Today was a little bit of a special case for me and I want to say thank you to Devon for smoothing out things towards the end of this process today I didn’t get proper communication the way that I normally would or the way that I wanted to, however when I did talk to Devon again, he was very informative and very helpful and had a smile and was very happy to help I appreciate all you guys to each and every day thank you so much.

John gave me excellent service. I have some disabilities and it is difficult for me to climb the stairs to wait in the waiting area. He provided me a chair to sit in and wait for my car to be serviced so I could stay on the bottom level. He gives great customer service with friendly conversation.
