My visit was a 15k check and I requested that the radio be checked for some issues as well as the low air tire light that would not reset. I was in early and at 9:00 am got a text that my wife’s car was ready. I went to the service desk and asked Lee if both of the issues I had brought up were taken care of. Lee advised he did not know and a young lady came from the back and said she had not worked on my car, but said we could go to the vehicle to check. I showed her that the dash warning light for low pressure was still on and she said she was not familiar with the radio problems. She contacted a service tech and he advised that he did not know why it was not cleared and that it would have to be recentered in the line to reassess. At 11:25 I had still not been contacted, and went back to the service desk and talked with another service tech (did not get his name). He went back and said it was still being looked at and he said he would find someone to look at it. At about noon, I got a message that the car was ready. He said that it appears the air pressure limits were set incorrectly and the warning light had been cleared. The only apology came from the young lady saying that it shohsve been done the first time. We purchased the car at your dealership as we had faith in your service people and reputation from several people I know. I drive from Waxhaw to have it serviced and not sure I will continue having it serviced there after this handling. Lee also was not there when it was finally done and he never spoke to me about why it was handled in this manner. I don’t like putting negative social media, but would like to speak to someone on changes that may be made for better communication. Thank you. Barney

It doesn't look as if my tires were rotated and the air pressure is low. I know it's cold but the air pressure still shouldn't be that low. It's the same as when I brought my vehicle in. So I'm wondering if out was serviced at all.

Service was completed quickly with no issues. Staff was courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the nice waiting area with hot chocolate, much better than some auto centers that put tires inside the store which emit a strong chemical smell. Vehicle was parked back inside the warm garage after service which was nice given the cold weather. Our only concern with using the dealership was possible “upsell” which is typical at most auto centers. However this was not the case at this dearship, something that was greatly appreciated. Will consider using Toyota of Gastonia again for our routine service needs. BTW we really love our Toyota!

Thanks for your time and attention to detail on my Highlander. Needed a new lightbulb and including labor it came in cheaper than your initial quote. AND you gave me a great breakdown of the next services I need. No pressure, no "selling" just good straight up service. Danielle was very nice and easy to talk to and work with. She knew her stuff but she did not talk over my head. Thank you. I don't know much about much with cars. Happy with service, people, prices, and your spacious, well equipped customer waiting area. However I could not figure out your coffee machine. But I didn't tell the service tech about it, so that's on me. Cheers.
