Hello, Overall the in take process is good but this time the tech forgot to reset my dashboard, so my car is still showing I need an oil change. This is very inconvenient because I have to make time to go back and have them reset it. Last time, it took me 15 minutes to find my key for that was hidden. The manager actually had to help me find it. Overall, the services department can do a better if they pay more attention to detail or simple things like resetting the settings and putting down paper mats when getting into the cars.
