He was very sufficient from the time I pulled up until I left. Not once did I question is my car ready, how much longer etc.he sent out a text as soon as I sat down to follow the process. Very easy very clear and understandable. He made me feel as if my car was the only car back there lol communication was awesome. Just all around exceptional service this evening ????

My master key and key fob was lost and that shouldn't have happened. Toyota's staff got in contacted with me about a recall, Toyota's staff made all the arrangements of having my car picked up. Toyota's staff don't know what happened to my master key and key fob that is so irresponsible. Toyota's staff ordered the tow truck whom that don't know. I'm very upset, I trusted the staff with my car and I'm very disappointed. I want my master key and key fob replaced immediately.

He did great. However some of the policies are not customer friendly. For example, I received an automatic payment request via text but it was for the wrong amount. There should be an override for someone to stop it coming through if not correct. Also, I wish someone could check my First Mile status before I get there. It should be documented on my account.
