$300 dollars is very expensive for an oil change and multi point inspection. I was Quoted $400 to change the drive belt not including the belt tensioner, pulley, or bearing. That is way too much for just the belt. And 2.5 hours wait time is excessive.

No one is helpful. Everyone seem to be overwhelmed and stressed. Paul Young was different he wanted to do try his best to make sure I was satisfied. He did his best. I was trying to speak with the service manager so many times and was getting the run around for months. This place sold me a car with after market parts and did not tell me. Now the parts are bad and they are telling me the warranty won’t cover them or them. Straight bs! I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. It’s a scam. They get over on people. Thank you to Paul though you were awesome! Thanks for helping me out and keeping me updated with everything.
