With a scheduled appointment it still took 3hrs. Is this typical for oul change/routine service? Also, disappointed that cars are no longer washed as part of the service. I always looked forward to driving home in a clean car on tires freshly inflated.

I dropped my vehicle off for service on 2/5/26 for a Nvh concern, they determined it was motor mounts. I went ahead and got my vehicle serviced. I went to pick up my car on 2/11/26 and come to find my Brand New Car has been keyed in their possession, and has been getting “repaired “ since at a body shop. The Advisor Allison has been no help throughout this process messaging me only TWICE through out this process and has not messaged me in three weeks, last message stated she expected my car to be finished by end of that week. I call this location multiple times, just to be transferred and then hung up on or not even picked up at all. This is Extremely unprofessional and I need resolution as soon as possible it’s completely unacceptable that I do not have my vehicle yet.

Took almost 3 weeks to get part in. The outside of my car was filthy when I got it back. I left many voicemails and didn’t get a response. Car battery charge was less than it was when I had it towed to you. Car had a bad smell inside.

Fabian was wonderful and very helpful.I had 2 issues that I have not had ever in the past.They sprayed some type of airfreshener in my car and I am super sensitive to smell because of a rare autoimmune. I also feel that your customer lobby should be a neutral place where no one has to be forced to listen to the news.I was in management for years and all should feel welcome .Please do better and maybe music instead .I drive almost 2 hours to come to your service center because it has always been wonderful in the past 3 years.Thank you hearing my observations.
