Saul did an excellent job getting the tires, however tired & rims were filthy brown hugging all over I got them to clean them. Also about washing the car.Assistant said “ we don,t wash anymore. WHAT. My coupon from you says free wash with any service. Tires with brown gunk. Wash no wash and finally I need to get white touch -up paint because they scratched the back door. Straight line Handicapped, no one touches the car door ??? Quality control b/f customer gets the car back. Coupon good to 3/28/26

It took 20 minutes for someone to take my car in even with an appointment. The service was estimated to take 2 hours and in the end it was 4 hours. No extra things needed to be done. Standard inspection with oil change and tire rotation. Personell was friendly and knowledgeable. However, system didn’t show that maintenance plan was purchased which led to an attempt to charge. This should be improved and automatically be in the system.
