I had my breaks replaced by your service dept in January. My car started vibrating when I stepped on the brake. Now they say my rotors need shaving and want to charge me $1,600. I said no! I took it to my tire dealer and they charged me $155.00. You are stop off and those rotors should have been taken care of when I had the brakes done. I will never go back to the dealer again and I will make a report to the BBB.
