Your service advisor called saying that my car is ready to replace the horn very bad experience with service she pulled up my vehicle. I get into the car and the horn still did not work so she took it back and she was gone for like about an hour, but before that, it took her four hours to put the horn supposedly on.

Saul did an excellent job getting the tires, however tired & rims were filthy brown hugging all over I got them to clean them. Also about washing the car.Assistant said “ we don,t wash anymore. WHAT. My coupon from you says free wash with any service. Tires with brown gunk. Wash no wash and finally I need to get white touch -up paint because they scratched the back door. Straight line Handicapped, no one touches the car door ??? Quality control b/f customer gets the car back. Coupon good to 3/28/26
