Triston made my appt to resolve a rattling issue. & kept me apprised with updates since I was at dealership 4 hours. Bryan, an excellent mechanic rode with me in my car to rule out issues. He took his time to identify the source. Adam, the senior mechanic was able to identify the rattle , but took some time. Apparently, during my last visit, the sure tire was not tightened sufficiently causing the rattier over time. I’m always impressed with the staff in resolving any issues. He was very pleasant, even got me a coupon to help with the price. But he did tell me an hour and a half. After 2 1/2 hours and I was very cold raining outside when I confronted him about the timeframe he got things moving, and I did get out of there, but it was 2 1/2 hours not an hour and a half.
