I drove from Cañon City to Pueblo for my recall appointment, only to find out that the recall "fix" could not be installed because I do not have a Toyota car battery. When I made the appointment by phone, I should have been told to check the make or the dimensions of the battery so that I would not have to drive to Pueblo for nothing. Other than that, the people I came in contact with were fine.

I was there for an hour and a half before the mechanic took my car back for a tire rotation. A man who came in at least 45 minutes after me was done and gone before me. I saw the mechanic who took my car hand him my keys, I went over to his station 10 minutes later and stood at his station for at least 5 minutes before he ever even said a word to me. Two hours for a 15 minute service is ridiculous. I will not be back for the remainder of my services on my 2024 Camry. Very disappointed and I would not recommend Pueblo Toyota for any service work.
