He stated he didn’t have the size which I would have believed could have been looked up. He took my number and said he would call me with prices, which presumed was going to be later today. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. When I showed up for my appointment I asked how long it would take. I was told about an hour. I okay because I need to be out of here by 4:30 pm. At 4:15 I asked about how much longer. The man at the counter said my vehicle hasn’t went in yet. It was next in line. So I waited over an hour and never even had my vehicle serviced and had to leave. So now I have to reschedule.
