Your service was great and everyone there is so nice. It would have been helpful if parts would have let service know they had the recall part, which may have saved me a four hour driving trip. My appointment was at 10:30am and I got a voicemail at 11:07am that the part was in. Unfortunately, I had left the phone at home, so did not get the message until late afternoon when I was back at Lamar. Also, I was at a dentist appointment, so would not have been able to respond anyway. I know the service guy checked on the parts when I checked in. Otherwise, it was all good.

I am confident in the service tech. However, somewhere I got list in the processing. I dropped. The truck at 12:58, the tech did the service at 1:20, but I didn't get my truck back until after 3:00! This was a simple tire rotation and multipoint inspection. But 2 hours????

It took two hours to get my car which was in for a simple oil change and cabin air filter replacement. How I was told to eye was an error related to the oil replacement which resulted in an oil spill under the hood, the car was then returned to clean up and hopefully the oil was replaced. The solution used yo clean up the oil spill gave me a bad headache. I am very dissapointed in the quality of your service.
