My response is not related to the services performed on my car. Seems like a job well done so far. However, I’d recommend reviewing your customer service model. It is extremely hard to get ahold of someone. I called today twice asking for man update on my car. No mention of putting me on hold just transferred to a voicemail each time. I called a few more times and the filter lady wouldn’t even say anything before transferring. All I needed to know was whether or not the parts arrived and the work on my car could start. My car has been at Toyota since Tuesday and I would have appreciated more information or updates when asked via text or phone. It took multiple calls on Tuesday to get a person too.

I was being charged for tire rotation. I had to ask for the charge to be removed-silly. The cost of the oil change is ridiculous. It once was cost effective for both parties. Now, it benefits only Spradley and is a major drain. I will be changing my oil at home now and save $59.00. One last thing, We have been going to you for all kinds of repairs and services for about 12 years. Why can you not figure out how to spell my wife's name? Her name is Bobbie, my name is Bryan.
