I was called to make an appointment to have my 2025 Camry serviced. When I arrived today my appointment was for my 2023 Camry that I have not had for months. Thankfully the service rep was able to get my new vehicle entered into the system and everything switched over however it’s incredibly frustrating because the services weren’t even the right ones scheduled.

The entire experience was pathetic. I called regarding a Toyota safety recall was told parts needed to be ordered and I would receive a call when they came in. I called two weeks later confirmed my self the parts were available. I scheduled an appointment for August 5th at 9:30. My check in was confirmed at 9:28. At 10:45 my car had not moved. I raised my voice as to the delay. The response “what do you want me to do?” Then a miracle happened less than 30 minutes later the safety recall was done. I will not be back and the Sienna I am interested in if I purchase it will be from another dealership.

It is unfortunate that I had to return for service a second time because the first tech did not find the issue with my TPMS sensor. However I am glad the issue was resolved the second time. Triston is great.
