The service that was performed was good howeverI was concerned with the recommendation that I get a new battery with only 23,000 miles on my car. It is six years old but everything I have read indicates 8 to 10 years and over 100,000 miles before a new battery is necessary. Just not quite trusting right now.

The vehicle was brought in for maintenance inspection and diagnostic time. No maintenance inspection. Only diagnostic time charged for and squandered by an ill prepared service tech. The issue is clearly a switch that operates the mirrors because the mirrors operate reliably when triggered by door handle or remote. But tech quoted over 3k to replace mirrors when the switch is the clear next step to try. Borders on FRAUD!

You found a part missing under the hood. Missing since last oil change a few months ago it is reasonable that it was removed and not replaced at that time. The work was done at Pueblo Toyota and the item was left in your shop. Please conduct a search and adviyse me of the results.

After getting my oil changed and then driving back home to Canon City, 60 miles, I parked in the garage and when I got out of the car I could smell burning oil. I backed the car up, and saw several fresh drops of oil on my garage floor. It is very inconvenient to drive back to the Pueblo dealership to have them fix or tighten the filter or whatever is leaking. I will do that to prevent any warranty issues, however.

Dan proper checked me in. I think I arrive probably about 915. I never saw him again. I brought the vehicle in for some diagnostic and repair work associated with the air conditioner as well as maintenance beyond that there is no customer service. It was all prod by me of the other agents that you had most of your service staff had taken off for lunch. Everything about this visit was terrible. The worst I’ve ever had with you and it makes me want to never come back I don’t feel like I got questions answered. I don’t think that the available resources to answer. Those questions were there and other agents were simply trying to cover for for Dan who must’ve been off for lunch or something. I had to wait 30 minutes before I got checked out when I asked why they didn’t check the tire pressure in my spare tire while my vehicle just sat there and supposedly was done. Nobody came and told me about it either that couple with the fact that I had questions about the results of diagnostic work and the work that was done and nobody could really be the go between between the mechanics and ME really pissed me off in particular because I drove four hours round-trip for this appointment. It really sucked.
