I asked that the rear bumper be checked for an alignment issue. I was told they looked at it and said that it was perfectly fine. I asked to show the service technician, but that person had already left. The rear bumper definitely has an alignment issue.

I traveled to Pueblo. It took me two hours to get there got the service done and everything Service was friendly. I had to drive two hours back home after parking when I came home. There was oil on the ground where it leaked from the vehicle and it was more than a court low this is a $50,000 truck and traveling that far with an oil leak could’ve messed up my engine so no I wasn’t satisfied with the service that you did on my truck
