I waited 1 1/2 hours and only when I went to the desk did the man behind the desk go and find out why it has taken so long to get a battery changed in my car. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

The time it took to complete the oil change was ok. I mentioned that my low tire pressure light was on. This was not addressed at all in the inspection report or when my keys were given back to me. Also my “change oil” indicator was not reset.
