Not sure about the oil change….the service reset was not done so when I start my car it says I need service….and the window tag was not replaced! I paid for an oil change but worry it didn’t happen. When I called to talk to service I had to leave a voice mail and have yet to hear back. When initially scheduling I ran into the same issue of leaving a voicemail and not hearing back?!

It took two months from the time i first came in and took my truck to the auto body shop. I had to call several times. Was told she would call me back same day and two weeks later still no call. I got no response until i had to get upset and threatened to go to management. No one seemed to care until i was upset.
