I was told you had the parts there and would have it done by the afternoon. I dropped my car off in late morning. I didn't receive a call until 4 pm from Bianca staying you didn't have the parts. I sat all day at a friend's house without a vehicle. Then was quoted a horrendous price and when I checked into how much the parts should cost it's was way way way over. Not to mention I am to pay $95 for them to take the shield off that was barely hanging on. I'm not stupid because I'm a woman and I'm not very happy. No word today from you all that you got the parts in.
