Tyler was very nice. I did have an issue with whoever serviced my truck. I called on my way home because my washer fluid was out and it was supposed to be refilled. I was concerned that maybe the other fluids weren't checked. I did check the other levels when I got home and the were fine I shouldn't have had to do that.

They could not tighten the mirror, but wanted to replace a part, at a cost of over $500.00. That is a bit pricey for a loose mirror.

My truck was serviced and I had to find that it was done. The service rep went to lunch, leaving only one person to handle all completions, etc.

I was not completely satisfied. I would have complete satisfaction if the process for service could be done in a more timely manner. My appointment was at 9:30 but no one started looking at my car until 950. I did need some extra work on the vehicle, but still it was almost 1130 when I finally left the parking lot. If you give a customer a specific appointment time, it seems that you should do your best to start the service at the appointed time and get the customer in and out quickly.
