Dylan was rude, never told me a price, used someone else’s signature on my stuff. The manager mostly fixed it.
When I arrived to pickup my car I was ignored by 3 service employees for 20 minutes who apparently couldn’t find the time to check my car out- including the manager. Really unhappy with this experience. Doubt I’ll be back .

The service report said the passenger front Caliper was loose. Was it addressed? What was done? There is no report. Was loktite applied to the loose bolts and then tightened? What was done? I see time was spent in adjusting my floor mats. You don’t think a loose Caliper cover is important?

I’m happy with the mudguards installed, the product was solid. However, I was quoted $170 out the door before I came, which is why I drove from Colorado Springs. When I arrived, the price jumped to $210, and even after it was lowered to $190, it wasn’t what I was promised. That lack of transparency was disappointing. I wouldn’t have made the trip if I’d known the price would change.

I had asked when I set the appointment for you to check to see if I needed my tires balanced because I had a lot of movement in my steering wheel and just a general vibration in the cab. The balance work was done and I was charged $80 for this service but the vibrating/ride quality didn’t change at all so obviously it did not need a balance but you did the work without checking. Get my oil changed/worked done with you at every interval/need so I’m frustrated that my request was ignored and I was charged for work I didn’t need
